3. Unconditional Data Ownership
You own all intellectual assets, daily task hierarchies, visual system graphs, and generative prompt templates created within Wustenroze workspaces. We assert zero license, copyright, or commercial claim over your creative work.
4. Absence of Third-Party Trackers
We do not inject third-party ad retargeting tags, invasive social media pixels, or commercial telemetry beacons into our web applications. Our code executes cleanly and strictly between your browser and our verified backend services.
5. Data Retention & Purge Rights
Users possess the unilateral right to export their workspace data in standardized open JSON formats at any time. Upon account termination, all database records, sessions, and encrypted storage keys are permanently expunged with zero residual archiving.
