LEGAL COVENANTSOVEREIGNTY CHARTER V1.0

Terms of Sovereignty.

Our mutual covenant defining rights, responsibilities, and structural autonomy within the Wustenroze digital ecosystem.

1. Permitted Use & Integrity

Wustenroze grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our specialized software environments (including TaskM and PromptLab). Users agree to operate within normal computational boundaries, refrain from automated denial-of-service attempts, reverse-engineering protected binaries, or utilizing the platform for illicit surveillance.

2. Content Sovereignty

All task graphs, executive milestones, custom prompt engineering pipelines, and project telemetry synthesized within your account remain your unencumbered intellectual property. Wustenroze does not claim ownership, mining rights, or algorithmic training privileges over user data.

3. Service Stability & Durability

We design our digital environments for architectural longevity. While we target 99.9% scheduled service uptime, maintenance windows for fundamental database hardening and security upgrades will be announced in advance through our Dispatch channel.

4. Cryptographic Non-Interference

Wustenroze guarantees that no deliberate cryptographic backdoors, surveillance eavesdropping, or unverified analytical proxies exist within our client distributions. In turn, users agree not to tamper with or bypass the cryptographic integrity checks guarding platform services.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith executive consultation via our legal desk. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration.

6. Revision Governance

Substantive modifications to this covenant will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days prior notice via official Dispatch release and registered user email. Continued platform usage following the effective date constitutes affirmative agreement to the revised terms.
